OCHC Tell Your Story Form

Ochc Logo OCHC maintains a database that document hundreds of health care hardship stories.  Stories about the experiences of people help make difficult and complex policy issues more understandable and accessible. 

Reporters and policymakers find these stories useful to better illustrate the everyday struggles Ohioans face concerning health care. 

We obtain permission from each family & individual before releasing stories.
